Riskonnect Spring 19.0 Release
The Riskonnect ClearSight & Riskonnect Enterprise Spring 19.0 release is quickly approaching, and we want to ensure you have the information you need to best prepare.
US Hosted Client Downtime
Start– 8:00 PM CT Friday, 14 June 2019
End– 2:00 PM CT Saturday, 15 June 2019
UK Hosted Client Downtime
Start– 8:00 PM GMT Friday, 14 June 2019
End– 6:00 AM GMT Saturday, 15 June 2019
During the above upgrades, please note the following:
- During the downtime, users will not be able to access the system.
- Business intelligence will not be available until later in the weekend.
- Any services contacting the system directly will need to be resent after the maintenance end time.
- Any jobs scheduled during the downtime will be suspended and will process once the downtime is complete.
- HL7 Clients -In order to ensure all HL7 messages are received during the downtime, we ask that you please resend any ADT or HL7 messages that are sent to Riskonnect during the length of the above downtime.
