Claims Administration
With our new Claims Administration app, we have completely reimagined the user experience to make the job of claims professionals easier, faster, and more effective. Our new Claims Administration app is:

  • Intuitive. ClearSight was designed around the way people work. It is quick to learn and easy to use with consumer-like features that are both intuitive and reliable. Users can follow their natural workflows and processes, which helps make complex information accessible, understandable, and actionable.
  • Accessible. Access is available anytime, from anywhere, on any device – tablet, phone, laptop, or desktop. Users no longer need to be tethered to their desktop and Internet Explorer. Instead, ClearSight takes technology right to the action so data can be captured quickly and accurately for shorter response times and better decision making throughout the claim lifecycle.
  • Integrated. ClearSight seamlessly integrates new data from multiple external data sources and vendors including Official Disability Guidelines, ISO, and ImageRight so you have a single source of truth for all of your claims data.  As a result, you won’t need to log into multiple systems, waste time rekeying information, and have better quality data for more informed decision making.

Erosion Analytics
Also new in the 16.0 release, is the introduction of Erosion Analytics.  Erosion Analytics expands our Data Discovery (advanced data visualization) capabilities from claims to policy and program erosion. These new capabilities allow users to interact and analyze their data in new ways to help uncover important trends and insights into erosion and insurance program performance.  With these new insights, you can make more informed decisions about your risk management programs and have better information when negotiating renewals.
